Our brand new 20,000 square foot dining hall is now open and serving our Viking community. This state-of-the-art facility offers diverse dining options, featuring a full-service kitchen and flexible seating arrangements. Students can enjoy a seamless dining experience with upgraded, open seating and modernized lighting. The new dining hall boasts a variety of food stations, including specialized areas for homestyle cuisine, Mongolian, rotating specialty cuisines, pizza, salad bar, vegan options, made-to-order deli, and desserts. This innovative space is designed to enhance community engagement and provide a dynamic culinary experience.
